Abby grew up in the small town of Perth, Canada, and later moved to Kingston to pursue her education. Abby’s studies also took her abroad to Perth, Australia, where she spent a semester at the University of Western Australia. Captivated by the country, she decided to move permanently to Australia to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Bond University.

An avid sports enthusiast, Abby played various sports growing up and eventually focused on competitive volleyball. Her passion for athletic performance and Strength and Conditioning continues to drive her professional pursuits.
