With a strong background in Clinical Pilates and a comprehensive understanding of injury rehabilitation, Teresa is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being through a variety of methods, including Pilates, manual therapies, and therapeutic exercise.
Teresa’s approach to physiotherapy is influenced by over 15 years of Pilates teaching experience. Originally from the United States, she discovered the transformative benefits of equipment-based Pilates while recovering from dance-related injuries 20 years ago. This forever changed how she viewed injury recovery, and feels grateful to have encountered Pilates early in her career.
She has worked as a physiotherapist in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings . She is also a Pilates educator, delivering teacher trainings, workshops, and Pilates education both in Australia and abroad.

- Fletcher Pilates Qualified – all apparatus
- AAMT Dry Needling Level 1 + 2
