Michelle is a STOTT PILATES Certified Reformer Instructor and has been in the fitness industry since 2008, after qualifying as a Exercise to Music Instructor. She found a love for Pilates after experiencing rehab (through the Pilates method) for an ankle reconstruction surgery in 2017 and continues to use Pilates as a way to maintain strength, balance and power.
Michelle is originally from the UK and is now residing in the Tweed Region. Michelle completed her training with Chrissie Connelly- STOTT PILATES Lead Instructor Trainer in Principle Pilates, Southhampton, UK after being mentored by Soraya Bonser- fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor.
